We may accept it again in the future, and can always provide a superbill for you to submit as an out-of-network claim to your insurer for reimbursement. Amount of reimbursement will depend on your specific insurer and benefits package.
We do accept FSA and HSA cards and offer additional cost savings for quarterly and annual payment plans.
Is Cerebral right for me?

It’s nice to have therapy and prescriber appointments easy to set up and all in one place. Convenient and stress free. If insurance is in network, very affordable as well.
