Can I use insurance?
If you’re not currently a client: Check if your plan is accepted
If you’re an existing client, log in and go to My Account to check if you’re covered.
If you are covered, you will not pay the monthly subscription price out of pocket, and will instead pay a $30/mo membership fee, plus any costs not covered by your insurance plan (like copays, deductibles, or co-insurance).

How much does the Cerebral Insurance plan cost?
This does not include any additional copays, medication costs, or cost share amounts not covered by your insurance benefits. Contact your insurance provider if you have questions about what your plan covers or what additional costs you may owe.
I don’t see my insurance payer here, is there anything I can do?
• You can use your HSA or FSA cards as your primary payment method.
• You can submit an itemized invoice (superbill) for HSA or FSA reimbursement.
• You can submit an itemized invoice (superbill) as an out-of-network claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
